Laser Skin Tightening and Body Contouring
Advanced Surgical Arts offers a non-surgical laser option for skin tightening and body contouring. Using the Fotona laser we can reshape stubborn fatty areas and tighten the skin on all body parts with a FDA approved procedure called TightSculpting. This laser treatment combines two procedures in one for sculpting and skin tightening. The laser has the unique ability to heat the fat to a temperature that permanently eliminates it without damaging the surrounding skin. In a secondary part of the procedure the skin is treated in such a way that it regenerates new collagen and proves elasticity.
Who is a good candidate for TightSculpting?

TightSculpting Procedure
The TightSculpting procedure combines two laser wavelengths in one treatment to tighten your skin and permanently eliminate fat. The dual-wavelength procedure uses the Fotona PIANO® and SMOOTH® technologies during the treatment. One wavelength penetrates deep below your skin to reduce fat, while the other is specially designed for skin tightening.
Smooth mode’s controlled heat stimulates new collagen production, as well as collagen remodeling, which makes the existing collagen tighter and stronger. The combined effect of remodeling and new growth helps to diminish wrinkles and produce skin that’s smoother, better toned, and beautifully tightened.
In PIANO mode, the TightSculpting laser operates on a wavelength that travels safely through your skin to reach fat. As fat cells absorb the laser’s energy, they’re heated to the temperature needed to destroy the cells. They are then naturally cleared from your body, so your problem fat is gone for good. Dr. Lee uses TightSculpting to treat many areas of your body, including your neck, above the knee, and below the buttocks. This noninvasive, relatively pain-free procedure is safe for all skin types.
What to Expect
Treatment with TightSculpting takes 30-60 minutes, depending on the area being treated. After your treatment, your skin may be a little red (like a sunburn), but that goes away over the next few days. You shouldn’t need any downtime and can get right back to your usual activities following the procedure.
